Session 4 - Making a Wellbeing Plan for Me and My Family and Sticking to it

Session 4 uses what you have learnt in sessions 1-3 to help you make a holistic health and wellbeing plan for your family. It will look at factors such as exercise, diet, routine, sleep and resilience to help you stay healthy during lockdown.

This 2 hour zoom session, will be a chance to share hints and tips on how to make a plan and how to stay motivated and keep on track. Young Somerset will be able to answer any questions you may have. The session will be tailored to individual’s needs. Friendships between adults may also be formed within group discussion!
