We are looking for two enthusiastic and flexible team players who are passionate about making a difference to young people in Somerset

As an Assistant Practitioner you will be experienced in working with children and young people.

As an Assistant Practitioner you will liaise with CWP and EMHP colleagues and a range of agencies including GPs, Education and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and be an integral part to the smooth running of the service.
