Qualified Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) Are you a qualified CWP? If so, we are looking to recruit to our Mental Health and Wellbeing team. We are looking for vibrant, creative staff that are just as passionate about the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people as we are. This is an exciting role providing opportunities to develop as a practitioner and deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people across Somerset. You will work in partnership with the local community and other wellbeing services to develop and build upon our offer across Somerset. Young Somerset is a well-established organisation, and we are proud to work closely with our Mental Health in School Teams and Somerset CAMHS. Young Somerset is a well established charity with a long history of working with and for the children and young people in Somerset.
