In partnership with UK Youth we are delivering an exciting programme called Active Youth!

Active Youth is all about inspiring young people to get active and try new challenges. Young people aged 10-18 can join one of our Active Youth sessions online, to improve their physical activity, whilst meeting other young people!

You do not need any experience or level of fitness to take part - this is open to all 10-18 year olds.

There will be a total of six sessions which will take place weekly, starting in March.

Team 1 - Mondays 16:00-17:30

Team 2 - Tuesdays 16:00-17:30 (lower age)

Team 3 - Tuesdays 16:00-17:30 (upper age)

Team 4 - Wednesdays 16:00-17:30

About Active Youth

Active Youth is a Sport England funded programme that helps young people who are typically inactive or less active to enjoy active lifestyles. Working with local youth organisations from the UK Youth Movement across England, we support over 5000 young people across 2 years of programme delivery. Active Youth allows young people to enjoy the benefits of physical activity on their own terms, with supported funding that allows young people to try new activities and experiences in order to develop high levels of physical literacy and an understanding of a healthy lifestyle.
