What to expect...

In this group you can expect to learn Cognitive Behavioural techniques to help manage Mental Health and Wellbeing. The learning is based in guided self-help, which requires motivation and implementation of the skills practiced in between sessions at home. Attendance for each session is vital to successfully improve your mental health and wellbeing. You will not have to share anything you aren't comfortable sharing in session. Our group intervention is a safe space to learn techniques that you can practice outside of the group.
