The Hubs

This provides you with an opportunity to talk to Young Somerset’s Wellbeing Practitioners about what you would like support with sooner. The 'Talk to our Wellbeing Team' service is available for young people, parents/guardians and professionals on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the below times:

You can also tune into our virtual Hubs - this is a safe online space designed for young people, parents/guardians and professionals, to find out about what services are available for young people in your area.  We'll also have informative workshops every week led by Young Somerset's team, providing professional advice and guidance on how to maintain positive Wellbeing, and look after your Mental Health.

Mindline is also available between 09:00am-10:00pm daily, to provide emotional support to young people and parent/guardians. Find out more here.

Each week the parent/guardian sessions on Facebook are uploaded to YouTube - this is a fantastic resource for parents/guardians to refer back to as and when they need it.
